Girls for Excellent Performance (GEP) is a humanitarian organization committed to promoting social justice, empowering girls, and creating equal opportunities for young women to thrive and lead.

We believe that every girl deserves access to quality education, leadership opportunities, and the support needed to reach her full potential. Through advocacy, academic support programs, and community engagement, GEP works to reduce social inequality and advance girls’ rights. Our mission is to empower girls to become confident leaders in their communities by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to make a meaningful and positive impact. We educate girls about their rights, responsibilities, and the rule of law, encouraging responsible and proactive citizenship.

Beyond education and leadership, GEP promotes health and hygiene awareness to improve the well-being of girls and young women. We also engage in peacebuilding initiatives that foster unity, dialogue, and sustainable community development. Recognizing the growing challenges of climate change, Girls for Excellent Performance advocates for climate justice and sustainable development. We raise awareness about the impact of climate change on girls, especially those in marginalized communities and promote renewable energy, sustainable land use, and climate-resilient practices.

Through agricultural initiatives, we provide training in sustainable and climate-smart farming techniques, including organic farming methods such as composting and crop rotation. These efforts not only enhance environmental sustainability but also create economic empowerment opportunities for girls and young women.
